“Why should I host my site with UW Creative?”

Our first answer to this question is usually, “Because you can talk to us." Hosting your website or email server with us means that when you call us, your call is answered and handled personally by us, not by a call center in another country. You’re not just another anonymous “trouble ticket” waiting for a call back from someone who knows nothing about your site configuration or your business. The person you talk to won’t pass you off to a technician or "specialist," and we'll answer your questions or address your problem within minutes, not hours.

We also don’t believe in confusing packages or separate pricing according to how much bandwidth or data transfer you use in a month. And if we built your website, you can take advantage of all sorts of great extras.

Domain name registration - we will purchase your name, set up your DNS and notify of you when it’s time for renewal.

E-mail accounts - You pick a user name and password, we do the rest. We’ll even walk you through web mail use or help you set it up in your own email program like Outlook or Outlook Express. Server-side spam filter included.

Web Statistics - We utilize a variety of programs to track your website progress and success. Ask for this option during your initial site consultation.

Program Support- There are no worries over whether your site host will support the site’s programming design. We’ll personally install all the advanced programming features and scripting support that your site will need.

No hassle setup- No confusing user control panels or proprietary software. We take care of the technical stuff. You take care of your business.

Hosting accounts are billed yearly each December. Current rate is $180/yr ($15/mo) Accounts which are billed monthly will be charged a rate of $25/mo. ($300/yr) New accounts are pro-rated for the year from the month the site goes “live” on our server.
